Taco Casserole
Always a hit at church dinners. So simple yet so delicious!
2# ground burger cooked and drained
2-3 packets taco seasoning
1-2 cans tomato sauce
1-2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Shredded cheese...your favorite flavor as little or as much as you like. :)
1 bag tortilla chips crushed
Layer the crushed chips in a 9x13 baking dish. Mix the taco meat with the tomato sauce and mushroom soup then pour on top of the chips. (I left the exact amount of soup and sauce up to the individual because you may like it more saucy or more creamy. I left out the soup once by mistake and my hubby liked it better.) Top with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and meat bubbly.
